Dobby had a hard life in Romania before being rescued and adopted by his family. It became clear that Dobby’s trauma from the past meant he struggled particularly with other dogs.
We rescued Dobby as a very young puppy from Romania. He was very anxious and not a fan of other dogs he didn’t know.
During our consultation with Laura, she spent a lot of time with us asking questions, watching Dobby, trying different activities so she could fully understand the challenges.
She was so reassuring and practically helpful in advising us on how to help and support Dobby. We were able to make some immediate adjustments which have helped him a lot.
Attending the weekly classes has also helped us put things into practice in a safe and supportive environment.
Laura has also been on hand to ask questions or talk something through which has been so helpful. We feel really supported and Dobby is more relaxed and is continuing to make progress.
